1. Must be 18 years old and present valid drivers license to drive, 5 years old to ride
  2. All parties must sign a waiver
  3. Weight limit of 300 lbs per person. 
  4. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for refunds. No refunds given within 24 hours of the departure time of your tour. 
  5. Cancellations due to the weather or other reasons are made by the tour guide only. Should your guide cancel your tour you will get a full refund.
